Gantt Miller

Gantt Miller’s grandfather was Otto Kubatsky, Winco’s founding architect, but Gantt initially resisted the family business and taught secondary level history in Philadelphia for seven years. After earning his master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and relocating to Northern California, Gantt was given some brochures and told to “go sell some Winco.” As an educator at heart, Gantt enjoys working with school districts to improve outcomes through capital project design. As a history teacher by training, Gantt loves being part of revitalization projects that celebrate the legacy of older buildings.

Brittnee Bauman

With a passion for Portland and historic preservation, an education in business, and a background as a sommelier, Brittnee has the Pacific Northwest covered for Window West. She grew up with Winco at the kitchen table as her mom, Gloria Bauman, juggled parenting with leading Winco’s estimating department.

Bob Sharman

Bob has a passion for adventure, whether its travel, running on an open trail, backpacking to the top of a mountain, home building, or wine making. He Sees problems as opportunities to explore new solutions. Bob comes to Window West with 15 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on exterior glazing systems, architectural design, sales, and project management. He enjoys working with the transformation of buildings into more eye-catching and purposeful structures.
